Southern Trinity Health Services is pleased to provide transportation services for the southern portion of Trinity County and the southeastern portion of Humboldt County serving the following communities: Bridgeville, Dinsmore, Hayfork, Hettenshaw Valley, Mad River, Ruth, Swains Flat and Zenia. The service is available to all residents and visitors, not just patients of our health center. Due to limited seating, we advise you to call ahead At (707) 574-6616 to reserve seating. Weather permitting, the following services are currently available:

Tuesday’s: Mad River – Hayfork Route: Departs Mad River at 7:30AM; Arrives Hayfork 8:45AM; Departs Hayfork 9:AM; Arrives Mad River 10:00AM; Departs Mad River 12:30PM;
Arrives Hayfork 1:30; Departs Hayfork 1:45; Arrives Mad River 2:45.

Wednesday’s: Day-in-Town (Eureka/Fortuna) – Departs Ruth at 7:30AM then Departs Mad River at 9:00AM with stops at Dinsmore (9:15AM), Bridgeville (9:45AM) and Swain’s Flat Outpost (9:55AM).

Thursday’s: Ruth-Mad River Route: Departs Ruth at 8:00AM, arrives Mad River at 8:45AM; Departs Mad River at 11:15AM and arrives at Ruth at 12:00PM.
